The Honda Civic entered its tenth generation for the 2016 model year, and with it came an exterior that was sporty and sophisticated. In the years since, the Civic has continued to develop its exterior design to remain beautifully bold and contemporary, and the 2019 model is no exception. For 2019, the Honda Civic’s exterior retains the tenth-generation fastback design with smooth, sporty contours and adds further exterior features.
The Civic Sedan features a sporty exterior design with sharp lines and bold style. The front end is wide and low-slung, and the vehicle features a long wheelbase that makes the compact sedan look like a sports car. The Touring Sedan comes equipped with LED headlights that will light up whatever path you choose to traverse, and the rear-end features c-shaped LED taillights that look aggressive and bold. For 2019, Honda introduced a new Sport trim that offers both sporty performance and style, featuring 18-inch alloy wheels, a sleek silver center outlet exhaust system, and fog lights, to name a few features. For even more sophisticated looks, you can opt for a decklid spoiler and a front underbody spoiler.
The Civic Hatchback is just as sporty and aggressively-styled as the Civic Sedan but has a few features of its own. The Civic Hatchback has the same wide stance as the Civic Sedan, and its front-end features a black fascia with sharp angles, a bold, piano black grille, and LED Daytime Running Lights. Sweeping back along the Hatchback’s sides are sharp lines that give the impression of dynamic, sophisticated power. At the rear end of the vehicle, you’re treated to the same c-shaped LED taillights as the Civic Sedan, as well as black mesh inserts that match the front fascia. On the Sport trim, the Civic Hatchback adds a center dual outlet exhaust system, highlighting the vehicle’s performance. To elevate your ride a touch further, you can opt for the available one-touch power moonroof, which is as available on the Civic Sedan.
